I had been considering a TENS device for a long time because of my endometriosis, but I never really found a device suitable. Battery life of 2 hours with an incredibly long charging time (useless for 10 days of pain/8 hours of work), the pads mostly so large that I couldn’t even stick them where the pain is, or you end up with a tangle of cables—and then the decision whether to put it on the back or the lower abdomen. The OneFlow doesn’t have any of these issues (combined with the long cable), so I decided to give it a try. And I have to admit, after a month of use, I’m still surprised at how well it helps. It’s already saved me several days this month. The battery lasts all day, it’s great for on the go, and the shape and size of the pads are perfect for me. It’s not completely invisible under clothing, but that doesn’t bother me at all. And the service is top-notch! I had overlooked that a clip was already included and ordered an additional one. I was informed about this via email, and the extra clip was refunded to me. Very customer-friendly. I’m super happy that I gave it a chance.

I have now been using MenstruFlow for 2 cycles and I am thrilled. It is very comfortable to wear; I can mostly do without painkillers and heating pads. Only at night do I still need painkillers. Even at work (a manual job with a lot of movement and sweating), the pads hold up perfectly. I also bought the new 65cm connecting cable. The other one was really a bit too short.
I would recommend it to anyone who has severe pain and normally has to rely on medication. Over the past 2 months, I have been able to drastically reduce my intake! Even my discomfort has improved; I am truly much more relaxed.
